MIDGARD REBORN
This policy explains what account data Midgard Reborn processes and how it is protected.
We process the account name and email address you provide, authentication timestamps, account status, security events and technical metadata needed to protect the service. We do not store your password in plain text.
Email addresses are encrypted at rest. Passwords are stored only as modern one-way password hashes. Verification and password-recovery codes are short-lived and stored as keyed hashes rather than readable codes.
Authentication and abuse-prevention logs may include pseudonymized IP and user-agent fingerprints. These records are used for security, rate limiting, incident response and fraud prevention.
We use your email address to deliver account verification codes and essential account-security messages. Marketing email is not enabled by account registration alone.
Account and security information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operation, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data category.
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate infrastructure or email delivery, or when disclosure is legally required.
You may contact the project administration to request access, correction or deletion of account data where applicable, subject to security, abuse-prevention and legal retention requirements.
